Beginning of Spring Green Fishing

"The time has come the walrus said, to speak of many things; of sailing ships, and sealing wax, of cabbages, and kings." Or something like that. After months of waiting, and Hours innumerable of trying to contain the jones. It is finally time. Tomorrow morning I will be packing some stuff into my car, going North, and beginning the multi-day process of getting Chateau De Johnny ala Green ready for another fantastic year. Guide season is finally upon us. And it couldn't have come any sooner.

As far as I know, I will be doing my first trip of the year on the 21st and 22nd of April (But, that is subject to change at any time) And I cannot wait. I am excited to put together some of the things I learned towards the end of last years season together with the knowledge I have acquired over the last few years on the river. Hopefully this accumulation of knowledge will succeed in making me an ever improving guide. Both as a fishing guide,(the ability to identify, and adapt to the many different fishing situations that might present themselves any day) And as a Guide of People (ability to adapt to the clients needs and desires to create an enjoyable and memorable day on the river.)

Good luck in all of your fishing exploits, and I hope that they lead you to me and an exciting fishing trip on Utah's Green River.
